Reminder!

Dances are open to current students and alumni (former students) of Jo Brighton and RHS Transition students who MUST be accompanied by a chaperone. No one under the age of fifteen.

The Prom will be held at Arnaldo's Banquet Center,18275 Quarry Road, in Riverview. This is located between Pennsylvania and Sibley roads, east Ford Street. The doors will open at 5:30 p.m. and the buffet dinner will be served at 6:30 p.m. there will be dancing to the music of Ted Butkin. The cost is $15.00 person.

This is a dressy event, including everything from Sunday best to prom gowns, jacket and tie or tuxedos. We do request that students and alumni sit at the tables closet to the dance floor, and we encourage everyone else to sit at the farthest from the dance floor, also, students and alumni will eat first. A prom king and queen will be randomly selected from those students in attendance that will be graduating this year from Jo Brighton.

The PTO is asking for volunteers to help plan this prom, set up on the day of the event, and chaperone. Please contact Deb Burry at 313.381.0364 and leave a message as to what committee you wish to serve on. We truly need help to make this evening a huge success, and would not be asking for it if we did not, so please, set aside some time to help make this a most memorable evening for the students. Thank you to those who always help and thank you in advance to the newcomers that will serve on the committee of their choice. We really need more help than in the past this year.

The Jo Brighton dance rules are followed for this prom. Please, no person under the age of 15 may attend, except the full-time Roosevelt Transition students, who must be accompanied by an adult chaperone.

Call Pat Labadie at (734) 676-2857 with Prom questions.
